Naomh Eoin Season
Hard luck to the U15 lads who lost their league opener away to St Brigid’s on Saturday morning. An improved second-half performance saw the lads battle hard, but we eventually lost by six points, with a final score of 5-10 to 3-10.
Get well soon to Manu Regan, who suffered an injury during the game — everyone wishes him a speedy recovery.
Next up for the lads is a home game against Allen Gaels this Saturday at 12:00.
Membership
Club membership is now on sale for the coming season. All details can be found on the Foireann App.
With the season now starting, it’s important that all players have their membership paid in advance of training sessions and matches.
Leitrim GAA
Well done to both Leitrim teams at the weekend, with wins for both the men’s and ladies’ sides.
The men’s team showed great character to fight back and defeat London, with Tom Prior among the goals and Paul Honeyman returning to action. Well done also to Donal and Michael, who were part of the matchday squad.
A huge performance as well from the ladies, who recorded an emphatic 8-20 to 1-01 victory over Kilkenny, with Aoibhin, Lucy and Laura all in action.
