Holy Week

Holy Week is the most special week in the Christian Year.  The reason is obvious, the Death & resurrection of our Saviour Jesus Christ.

Jesus is our Saviour.  He can save us from eternal death.  Nothing else can be compared to the gift of eternal joyful life.

That saving not confined to next life.  He can save us from ourselves here and now in this life, from all that separates us from our loving Father.

From misery, wrongdoing, hopelessness, despair, greed, anger, jealousy, bitterness.  The goes on endless.

In Holy Week, we get intimately in touch with this loving Saviour, in the Sacrament of Reconciliation and all the Ceremonies.

Holy Week is an experience of Jesus’ intimate love from each one of us his brothers and sisters.
