BÉAL AN ÁTHA MÓIR SEÁN Ó HEISLIN

RIP Bernie Crossan.

On behalf of everyone at the club we would like to pass on our deepest condolences to the family and friends of our former player Bernie Crossan who recently passed away. Bernie was an exceptional servant to our club, playing competitively from 1962 to 1974 as both corner and wingback. During this period Bernie was instrumental in helping the club achieve some of our greatest successes. Most notably Bernie was a member of the all conquering “three in a row championship winning team” and was also a major part of the successful championship winning team of 1964. After hanging up his boots Bernie continued to be major supporter of the club and will be missed by us all. Go ndéana Dia trócaire air.
