Ballinamore hosts the Leitrim Fleadh Cheoil 2013

A jam packed weekend of traditional music, song & dance will overthrow Ballinamore from Friday 26th – Sunday 28th April.
The pick of Leitrim singers, dancers & musicians will take to the stage on Saturday and Sunday to fight it out for Fleadh Cheoil titles and trophies. A business not to be taken lightly!
This teamed with pub entertainment (in up to 10 venues!) will make it a weekend not to be missed. Thirty of the countries most sought after musicians will grace the town with their music from dusk to dawn. If the sound of flutes, bodhrans and uilleann pipes make you want to get up and dance a jig, mark this date in your diary and take a dander up Main Street onto the session trail.
